The Chuck Roast comes from the shoulder area of the steer, a hardworking muscle that traditionally offers deep beef flavor. With 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, this cut benefits from an abundance of intramuscular fat, which melts during slow cooking to create an incredibly succulent and juicy roast. While it benefits from longer cooking times, this process allows the connective tissues to break down, yielding an exceptionally tender and flavorful result, making it ideal for braising, slow cooking, or roasting.
