Product Details

The Bavette steak, sometimes called flap steak, comes from the sirloin primal. With 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, its naturally coarse grain is softened by exceptional fat content, resulting in a cut known for its intense beef flavor and remarkable juiciness. While a leaner option, it absorbs marinades beautifully and becomes incredibly tender and flavorful when cooked quickly over high heat to medium-rare or medium, and then sliced thinly against the grain for maximum enjoyment.

This approach provides you with beef that is primarily grass-fed, nutritious, and delicious, reflecting our commitment to natural, ethical farming practices.
